On the grounds of St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church of Selmer, Tn is a set of three life-size Crosses which depicts the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ and the two Robbers. Although very simple in design, these Crosses represent the most significant event in human history. The life-size Bodies and Crosses were handcrafted by Bob Brooks.

The life-size Bodies are app. 6' tall and are made of 1/2" steel rod. Each Body consists of four pieces that are easily assembled and attached to the wooden Crosses with screws. The screw holes are predrilled in the steel Bodies. The wooden Crosses are made from 4"x4" treated wood and can be set in square metal sleeves anchored in concrete. This method allows the Crosses to be removed for storage, or to be turned around so that the Bodies do not show.

If the life-size Bodies are purchased without the wooden Crosses a diagram of the suggested Cross construction will be provided. Shipment of the Bodies will be by Ground UPS. All of the Bodies are dipped in clear polyurethane, but will rust over time if not re-coated every 3-4 months.
